Here is a quick chocolate cake just for two.Make it in your coffee mug in the microwave in 3 minutes on high. Recipe as follows: 4 Tbsp. flour 4 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. cocoa 1 egg 3 Tbsp.milk 3 Tbsp.oil 3 Tbsp.chocolate chips {optional} splash of vanilla extract 1 large coffee mug (Microwave safe}
Add dry ingredients into mug,then milk and egg and oil, mix well.
Add chocolate chips and vanilla, mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
allow to cool a little, and tip out on to a plate. EAT! Can serve 2.
Why this the most dangerous cake in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night.!

Oh the things YOU dare to do witht the microwave. It is almost scarey but looks yummy.
I love Chocolate cake, and I will make this one. We have no cake mixes in China. They do not have andy, make them, or eat them here. It is driving us crazy. NEED CHOCOLATE CAKE! It is one of the American staple foods. Luckily we can buy powdered chocolate here. So here goes. I will surprise Dana, the Chocoholic.
Right after I read this last night, we ran right up and made it and it was fantastic.
